• My Delivery Partner is rude/I felt threatened by the Delivery Partner
• My Delivery Partner cannot be contacted
• My Delivery Partner is different from those listed in ShopeeFood application 
• My Delivery Partner did not deliver my food 
• My Delivery Partner contacts me other than delivery issues
• My Delivery Partner breaching my privacy by contacting/harassing me after the order is completed
• Additional fees outside the deal charged
• Serious law violations (reckless driving, entering my house without permission, trying a physical contact, makes me feel unsafe)
• My Delivery Partner complete the order without sending it to me
• Other misconduct by Delivery Partner
